Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., founded in 1980 and headquartered in San Diego, California, is a leading provider of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) as well as operations and maintenance (O&M) services for large commercial, community solar, and utility-scale solar plus energy storage projects across the United States.
