Greenskies Clean Focus

Greenskies Clean Focus is a vertically integrated provider of renewable energy solutions headquartered in North Haven, Connecticut. Since its founding in 2009, the company has developed and constructed over 315 MW of solar projects across more than 600 sites in 19 states throughout the United States. Greenskies offers a comprehensive suite of decarbonization services—including onsite/offsite solar installations, battery storage systems, microgrids, and CCHP—targeting commercial enterprises, public sector organizations such as municipalities and schools, utilities, real estate owners/developers, and community solar subscribers.
The company manages every stage of project delivery with an internal team: from origination through development to construction and long-term operation/maintenance. Financing for these projects is provided by its affiliate or parent entity Clean Focus Yield Ltd., which also owns the completed assets. This structure allows Greenskies to deliver cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality control throughout each project’s lifecycle.
In December 2017 Greenskies was acquired by California-based Clean Focus Yield Ltd., further strengthening its financial resources for expansion into new markets such as schools and hospitals. As one of the leading commercial solar developers in the U.S., Greenskies has been recognized for large-scale deployments with Fortune 40 retailers as well as government entities.
