Solar Connexion LLC

Solar Connexion LLC is a leading renewable energy contractor based in Blacksburg, Virginia. Established in 1993, the company has over three decades of experience designing, installing, and servicing solar photovoltaic systems across Virginia and surrounding mid-Atlantic states. The founder personally oversees every project to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
The company specializes in a wide range of solar solutions including grid-tied systems for homes and businesses, off-grid installations for remote locations or cabin retreats, battery-based grid-interactive setups for backup power needs, as well as generator-interactive configurations. Their expertise extends to both residential and commercial markets.
Solar Connexion distinguishes itself by handling all aspects of each project internally—rarely subcontracting work except for specialized tasks like excavation—and providing ongoing maintenance even for systems installed by other companies. They have contributed to notable community projects such as the Blacksburg Farmers Market solar installation and Virginia Tech’s award-winning Lumenhaus project.
With a small but highly skilled team focused on state-of-the-art renewable energy solutions tailored to client needs, Solar Connexion has built a reputation for reliability and technical excellence throughout its service area.
