Today, leading solar technology manufacturer LONGi launched its newest solar module product line Hi-MO 6, with a maximum efficiency of 22.8% and superior safety and aesthetics.
Hi-MO 6 utilizes LONGi's high-efficiency HPBC (Hybrid Passivated Back Contact) cell technology which reforms traditional busbar design and internal structure, turning the front side of modules busbar-free. The results are higher power output and more aesthetic appeal. They can even maintain a high energy yield under high-temperature and low-irradiation conditions and excellent power degradation performance. In varying simulations, Hi-MO 6 modules have demonstrated a significant generation advantage over PERC modules, with an average generation increase of up to 10% in typical scenarios.
To satisfy diverse distributed applications and for robust safety and reliability, LONGi's R&D team also replaces the traditional Z-shaped soldering structure with its one-line structure to increase modules' resistance to cracking.
Leveraging the power of IoT and AI, LONGi equips the "digital brain" option for its Hi-MO 6 modules. It is a pre-installing smart optimizer that collects real-time operation data of the modules for remote monitoring and further system optimization. This feature is particularly beneficial in case of a PV system failure or module shading, ensuring power plant safety while maximizing system power output.
LONGi has driven industry development throughout the years with high-quality technical innovation. The flagship Hi-MO series modules have contributed to upgrading global energy structure. The Hi-MO 6 is another solid step toward promoting energy equity.
